Myeongsimi: multilingual AI health counseling

A health counseling chatbot in 5 languages for foreign workers at farms and other workplaces in the county. It is in real service through Myeongseong Pharmacy.

Beta test while we prepare a nationwide launch. A free service for Yeongyang County residents is planned.

Nongpani: AI for direct sales of farm produce

An AI for direct sales of farm produce, so that anyone can easily set up a direct sales system. We are looking for farms to take part in a field test.

In operation

Yeongyang County AI Association: yyaia.org

We built and run the association website: a series of AI columns, a curated list of training courses and newsletter editing.

Digital transformation of a local pharmacy

Multilingual (5 languages) AI counseling and medicine-use guidance, and member and CRM (customer relationship management) automation. The goal is better access for older people and foreign workers.

Automation of government-support business plans and public forms

An 8-step pipeline that carries official forms over into our templates, and automatic filling of public forms in HWP (the Korean word-processor file format) without a person typing.

Collaboration

Feasibility and profitability tools for solar power projects

With a regional engineering firm, we develop feasibility reports and a profitability simulator.

Pipeline

Many AI content automation projects

Field tests of industrial-grade content automation, run at the scale of one operator: education videos, radio, multilingual translation and more. One example is a tool that turns voice instructions into briefs for experts.

Training and lecture record

Yeongyang County AX Seed School: organizer and instructor. A course for public officials plus a 2-day course for county residents, with 100 attendances in total (one person who attends two days counts as two) (2026).
Teacher training for small schools, "From Watching AI to Building with AI": we designed and ran a hands-on building course. Every participant finished a working tool.
More than 20 sessions of AI use and creator training for seniors: hands-on AI for daily life and work, and digital literacy for people with limited digital access.
Many invited expert lectures at institutions and companies, including an AI lecture for leaders at the Yeongdeok court (2024-2025).
AI support for small business owners, and planning and running community AI education.
Completed the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) AI training coach course (advanced level) and works as a coach.
MSSJ AI Academy YouTube channel: we plan, produce and publish AI education and explainer videos.
