Before, staff asked a chat window, copied the answer into the work system by hand and checked it again. With SimThink Surf, the agent opens next to the work screen and prepares the answers and drafts. Confirming a contract, making a legal filing and giving final approval stay with the person.
Surf is the agent window of SimThink ES, the part of SimThink OS that records agent work. Log in once, and the work screen and Surf open side by side. The name comes from surfing: you work together with the agent, the way a surfer moves with a wave.

Two ways to ask
Staff can ask in everyday words, or write a short command. Both reach the same agent.
Quick answers, clearly marked
Frequent questions, such as the most urgent job, the count at each stage, overdue items or materials running short, are answered at once by a fixed calculation. These answers carry a mark that says they did not go through the AI model. Other questions are answered by the model and carry no mark.
It never fills in what you did not say
If a value is missing from a request, Surf does not guess it. It stops and tells you what is missing.
Final decisions stay with people
Surf does not confirm a contract, make a legal filing or give final approval. It prepares the draft and the materials up to that point.
Blocked by design
What Surf may not do is blocked by the system, because Surf is never given that permission. Outside your own role, you can view records but cannot change them.
Documents built in versions
A document grows version by version. Each version fills only the parts that are missing. A comparison shows only the lines that changed, so nothing drops out unseen. Versions are never deleted, and returning a document needs a written reason.

When the model is slow
If the AI model is slow or stops, commands and frequent questions are still answered by the fixed calculation.
Safe writes
Every change is recorded and can be undone. After saving, the record is read back to confirm the change.
