Track AI agent work the way a plant tracks work orders
Before, the answers to who did a task, what it was based on and who checked it were spread across chat logs and personal notes. With SimThink ES, AI agents do the repeated steps and every step is recorded. A person still accepts or returns each result, and only accepted work counts as output.
ES stands for execution system: the part of SimThink OS that tracks agent work step by step, the way a manufacturing execution system (MES) tracks work orders on a plant floor. An AI agent is software that carries out a task on its own, such as drafting a document or collecting data.
What we guarantee
What SimThink ES guarantees for your team
Every task has a record
The record shows who did the work (a person or an agent), what it was based on, and who checked the result.
Only accepted work counts as output
A task marked as done does not count by itself. Output is what a person has accepted. Splitting work into small pieces does not raise the count.
Quality is measured only by checks
A step with no check is left out of the efficiency figures. A busy agent does not look productive without a passed check.
Blocked work comes first
The first screen shows work that is stuck, warnings and the next action to take. Rankings come below that.
Unknown stays unknown
A value that is not known is left blank. It is never written as zero, because zero and unknown mean different things.
Honest cost figures
Money actually billed and the share of a flat monthly subscription are kept apart. They are never added into one number.
No personal details in the record
Names, contact details and message text are not stored in the work record.
Shown during adoption talks
We show these features in person during adoption talks.
Cost of each step
How much time, money and tokens (the units an AI model is billed in) each step of a task used.
Work figures for managers
How much work was finished, how long it took with time spent waiting for people shown apart, how often work passed its first check, how often it was redone, and how often it was accepted.
How it works
Agent work as a process
Work order
A person gives a task to an agent, the way a plant issues a work order to a worker.
You get: A task with a clear owner
Steps
The agent carries out the task step by step. Each step leaves a record, and records are only added, never overwritten.
You get: A record of each step
Check
The result goes through a check, the way a product is inspected on the line. A step with no check is left out of the efficiency figures.
You get: A check result on record
Acceptance
A person accepts or returns the result, the way finished goods are received into stock. Only accepted results count as output, so splitting a task into small pieces adds nothing.
You get: An output a person has accepted
The SimThink family
Where it sits in the SimThink family
ES keeps the record of agent work for SimThink OS. Staff meet the agent through SimThink Surf, which opens next to their work screen. The rules for the work are designed in SimThink Abyss. The same working rules hold in every part: only people approve and sign, records are only added, and output counts only after a person accepts it.
